Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, completed custom software, website development, UI/UX design, and consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has started or services have been delivered.

Hosting Services

Refund requests for hosting services may be eligible within the first 7 days of purchase, provided there is no abuse, policy violation, or excessive resource usage.

Subscription Services

Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for previously billed periods.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed digital services
• Domain registrations or renewals
• Third-party software licenses
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions
• Service disruptions caused by customer actions

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Policy Changes

MYA FINITY LTD reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
