2. Service Categories

2.1 Development Services

For custom software development, website development, and mobile app development projects:

  • Refunds are available for work not yet commenced within 48 hours of payment

  • Partial refunds may be considered for work completed but not meeting agreed specifications

  • No refunds for completed milestones that meet project requirements

2.2 Consulting Services

For business consulting and advisory services:

  • Refunds are available if the consultation is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time

  • No refunds for completed consulting sessions

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance

2.3 Digital Marketing Services

For marketing campaigns and related services:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Monthly service fees may be prorated for early termination

  • Ad spend and third-party costs are non-refundable

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as specified in the agreement

  • Technical issues prevent service delivery (on our end)

  • Project cancellation before work commencement

  • Mutual agreement between both parties

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party licenses, subscriptions, or services purchased on your behalf

  • Domain registrations and hosting fees

  • Completed work that meets project specifications

  • Time spent on research, planning, and consultation

  • Emergency or rush service fees

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your project details and reason for refund request

  3. We will review your request within 5 business days

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use.

7. Modification of Work

Significant changes to project scope or requirements after work has commenced may result in additional charges. Such changes may also affect refund eligibility for the original scope of work.

8. Force Majeure

MYA FINITY LTD is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures by third-party providers.

9. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to services purchased after the effective date of the changes.
